  • Assemble at the Cochin Domestic Airport, Board your flight to Bagdogra, a settlement in the Naxalbari CD block in the Siliguri subdivision of the Darjeeling district, in West Bengal. 
  • Arrive at Bagdogra, proceed on a drive to Phuentsholing, a border town in southern Bhutan 
  • After completing your Visa / Permit formalities transfer to the hotel.

THIMPHU - EXCURSION TO PUNAKHA / WANGDI – THIMPHU
  • After Breakfast drive to Punakha, a beautiful town in the Himalayas of Bhutan.
  • On the way we will visit the following Places:
  • Drive through Dochu La pass (3080Mts / 10102 Fts) which is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan.
  • Visit Druk Wangyal Lhakhang, a temple in Dochula, offers an interesting example of traditional Buddhist culture meeting the 21st century. Inside this temple are 108 Buddhist paintings made by monks.
  • Later visit Punakha Dzong (the Palace of Great Happiness) built in 1637 by the Zhabdrung. The Dzong is beautifully located in between the two rivers called Pho (male) and Mo (female) Chhu (river). It was the capital of Bhutan till 1955
  • Return Back to Thimphu, Dinner & Overnight stay

THIMPHU - PARO
  • After breakfast check out
  • Proceed for local sightseeing in Thimphu
  • Visit Buddha Dordenma Statue. It is a bronze statue gilded in gold. It is one of the largest Buddha Statue in the world, at a height of 51.5 metres (169 ft).
  • Later experience Simply Bhutan, A living museum of rural life which provides visitors and tourists with fascinating insights into the Bhutanese material culture and way of life.
  • Then, Proceed to Takin Preserve Centre, This houses the national animal the Takin that is only found in Bhutan. This is an extremely rare member of the goat family. Found in herds in the very high altitudes (13,125ft and over). They live on a diet of grass and bamboo. It can welgh as much as 250 Kilograms.
  • After that we will drive to Paro

FULL DAY IN PARO
  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • Visit Paro Dzong.This is also known as the "fortress of the heap of jewels". The approach to the Dzong is through a traditional cantilever bridge.
  • Proceed to National Museum of Bhutan, Which was built as a watch tower. Since 1967 the Dzong was re-established as the National Museum and holds a fascinating collection of art, relics, religious thangkha paintings and Bhutan's exquisite postage stamps.
  • Proceed to Kichu Lhakhang, The Temple of Kyichu is one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, This is one of the 108 temples built by the Tibetan King Songtsen Gampo in the 7th century to subdue the ogress that lay across the whole of the Himalayas.
  • Dinner and Overnight stay in Paro.
