DAY 1 - Moscow

Arrival at Moscow airport. Meet the driver waiting for you at arrivals with name placard.
Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore the city on your own.
Overnight in Moscow.

DAY 2 - : Moscow

After breakfast. Depart for a city tour of Moscow with stops at the most famous sights (entrance not included): Poklonnaya Hill, New Maiden Convent, Vorobievy Hills. Drive by Tverskaya Street, Manezhnaya square, Ohotny Riad, Bolshoy theatre, Lubianka square, Savior Cathedral, the Kremlin and Kropotkinskaya embankments. Later proceed to Red Square & Kremlin tour: territory and famous cathedrals. Enjoy the tour of Moscow metro – one of the most beautiful underground systems in the world
Return to the hotel, free time at leisure.

DAY 3 - Moscow – St. Petersburg

After breakfast. Check out and have a transfer to the train station to take “Sapsan” train to St. Petersburg (2nd class). Arrive in St. Petersburg, meet your guide for transfer to the hotel.
Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore on your own.
Overnight in St. Petersburg.

DAY 4 - St. Petersburg

After breakfast. Depart for a city tour of St. Petersburg with stops at the most famous sights (entrance not included): spit of the Basil Island, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and Palace Square, Сhurch of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, the Aurora, and other. Drive by Nevsky prospect, the Neva embankments, Isaac’s square, Arts square. Proceed to Neva cruise and enjoy the city from water.
Overnight in St. Petersburg.

DAY 5 - St. Petersburg

After breakfast. Depart for a tour around one of the World’s top art museums – the Hermitage, located in magnificent Winter Palace. Its collections, of which only a small part is on permanent display, comprise over three million items including the largest collection of paintings in the world. You will have a chance to explore Egyptian antiquities, Renaissance art, Greek masterpieces, Russian art and much more. Later on take a tour to Peterhof with Grand Palace and explore Royal Gardens with beautiful fountains.

After breakfast. Check out and transfer to the airport. Board your flight & return home with happy memories!

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
