DAY 1 - Oslo

  • Arrive at Oslo airport.
  • Meet and greet English-speaking driver.
  • Private transfer to your hotel.
  • Check-in and overnight stay in Oslo.

DAY 2 - :Oslo

  • After breakfast,In the morning between 10:00-13:00, meet your local guide and enjoy a 3-hour sightseeing by private vehicle.
  • You will start the day driving to the Bygdoy peninsula where you will visit the Viking Ship Museum (entrance included). Continue your drive through Oslo, passing such national landmarks as the Parliament building, with its two imposing lion statues at the main entrance, the National Theater and the magnificent Royal Palace. Your tour will take you outside of the city through charming suburban areas where beautiful homes are set within manicured gardens. A guided walk through the extraordinary Vigeland Sculpture Park. End of the sightseeing at your hotel.
  • The afternoon will be at leisure.

DAY 3 - Oslo – Flam

  • After breakfast at hotel, Today, carry an overnight bag for your stay in Flam. Make your own way to the railway station, to board your train ride bound for Myrdal, a spectacular train journey that offers a panoramic view of some of the most magnificent landscapes of Norway. Upon arrival at the mountain station of Myrdal, you change trains and travel by the Flam Railway, one of the steepest train lines in the world.
  • Arrive in Flam and transfer to your hotel on your own.
  • Enjoy your dinner at the hotel (beverages are not included).
  • Overnight stay in Flam.

DAY 4 - Flam – Bergen

  • After breakfast at the hotel,From Flam, you go by boat through the Naeroyfjord UNESCO landscapes to Gudvangen. Surrounded by towering mountains up to 1,700 metres high, Naeroyfjord is the narrowest and best-known of the many arms of the Sognefjord. With its steep mountainsides, hanging valleys, towering peaks, snowfields, waterfalls and small hamlets, this fjord is perhaps the most outstanding natural attraction in Norway. During a cruise on the Naeroyfjord, you will have excellent views of small traditional farms on the mountainsides. Short coach ride to Voss and then a train ride to Bergen.
  • Arrive at Bergen railway station and transfer to the hotel on your own.
  • Overnight stay in Bergen.

DAY 5 - Bergen

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, meet your local guide at the hotel’s lobby and enjoy a 3-hour private walking tour in the beautiful Hanseatic town on the west coast of Norway including the fish market, the old Hanseatic warehouses, the cathedral (exterior only) and many charming wooden houses. Enjoy a ride by the funicular to Mount Floyen for a last panoramic view of Norway (return tickets included).
  • Afternoon at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Bergen.

DAY 6 - Bergen – Tromso

  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel.
  • Private transfer with an English-speaking driver to Bergen airport.
  • Depart to Tromso by flight (not included, on own arrangements).
  • Arrival at Tromso airport and private transfer with an English-speaking driver to your hotel.
  • Check-in & Overnight stay in Tromso.

DAY 7 - Tromso

  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel. Depart for your activities at 09:45 am-13:45 pm like Dog sledging, depending on weather conditions ride on a regular basis with an English-speaking guide (2 persons per sledge).
  • Dog sledging with Alaskan Huskies is the heart and soul of Tromso Villmarkssenter and is suitable for all the family!
  • After the morning activity, you will have some time to relax at the hotel. In the evening from 17:00-00:00 depart for your second activity- Snowmobile Safari on a regular basis with an English-speaking guide (2 persons per snowmobile). Snowmobile safari gives you the opportunity to venture far into the wilderness. Experience the mountains of the far north. The evening trips give you a good opportunity to experience the Northern Lights.

DAY 8 - Tromso

  • Breakfast buffet at the hotel.
  • Day at leisure.
  • Later in the evening, move for Aurora Safari Minibus activity from 18:45-00:00 on a regular basis with an English-speaking guide. Aurora Safari Minibus is a well-established, flexible and personal Northern Lights Safari by minibus with local knowledge and 15 years of experience to the best places to search for and photograph the Northern Lights. This trip is in a small group by minibus (max. 15 guests), making it a more personal experience.
  • Overnight stay in Tromso.
  • Note: Please take along warm boots, hat, scarf and mittens.

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

  • White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
