DAY 1 - COCHIN - BANGKOK – PATTAYA NOONG NOOCH VILLAGE - FLOATING MARKET-ALCAZAR SHOW

Assemble at Cochin International Airport
Meet your Malayalee Tour Manager
Group will be departing at 11:00 PM
Arrive Thailand at 04:30 AM [Next Day]
Feshup at Hotel in Bangkok.
Later proceed to Nong nooch village with Tram ride. Nong Nooch is a 500-acre botanical garden and tourist attraction at Chonburi Province, Thailand.
Then proceed Floating market.
Transfer to Hotel Check in.
Evening proceed to Alcazar Show.
Overnight stay at Pattaya

DAY 2 - CORAL ISLAND - SANCTUARY OF TRUTH

Breakfast at Hotel.
Later proceed for the Coral Island tour by speed boat, Famous for its colorful corals and marine life.
Lunch at Indian Restaurant
Afternoon proceed to Art in paradise, unique hands-on museum with dioramas, dinosaurs, 3-D safari & ocean-themed scenes & other exhibits.
Later transfer to Sanctuary of Truth an unfinished museum in Pattaya, Thailand, which is a hybrid of temple and castle based on Ayutthaya period and Buddhist, Hindu beliefs.
After dinner transfer to hotel & overnight stay at Pattaya

DAY 3 - TIGER PARK PATTAYA - TEMPLE TOUR BANGKOK

Breakfast at Hotel.
Later proceed to Pattaya Tiger park (Transfer only) *(Based on Tiger size you can take a ticket directly)
After lunch transfer to Bangkok, Enroute visit Gems Gallery.
In the evening we proceed for Bangkok city Tour, where you will be taken around the city traditional Buddhist Temples like famous Buddha made of solid gold weighing five and half tons, the Marble Temples etc...
After dinner transfer to hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 4 - SAFARI WORLD – MARINE PARK - RETURN FLIGHT

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out
Proceed to Safari world with Marine park, A tourist attraction in the heart of Thailand’s capital, Safari World Bangkok consists of an open zoo and a marine park spread across 200 acres. Opened in 1988.
In the evening we transfer to airport for the return flight to Cochin, departing at 08:20 PM
Arrive Cochin at 10:30 PM

EXCLUSIONS

TCS not included with Package cost -Section 206C (1G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (“the Act”) provides for collection of tax by a seller of an overseas tour program package from a buyer, being a person purchasing such package , with effect from 1st July, 2023 the rate of TCS will be 20 % of the amount of the package.

Any meals other than specified above

Any item of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone calls, etc.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

Note:Photo 45mm x 35mm white background, 80% face without specs, 3 copies (Matte finish)

Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
