DAY 1 COCHIN – DUBAI

Assembled at Cochin International Airport and will be met by the tour manager of Santa monica.
Clear the Check in & Immigration formalities.
The flight will depart from Cochin to Dubai
Arrive in Dubai.
Finish the immigration formalities.
Transfer to Hotel for check in.
Proceed to Dhow Dinner Cruise in the evening.
Enjoy the spectacular views of the Dubai Museum, the Gold Souk,and the Spice Souk,among other famous sites in the city.
An unforgettable dining experience on the Dhow Cruise as the sun sets over the city. Enjoy a great supper buffet while seeing the city's sparkling lights at night.

DAY 2 HALF DAY CITY TOUR – BURJ KHALIFA- BURJ AL ARAB

Breakfast at the hotel.
Your half-day city tour of Dubai will take you through some of the city’s most well known attraction, including the lively Jumeirah beach.
Then proceed to dubai’s stunning skyline from the top of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest structure, as the sun starts to stop. For a spectacular panoramic perspective of the city, You will climb to the 124 th floor, where you will have plenty of time to take some priceless pictures.

Visit Burj AI Arab, Dubai’s most iconic hotel and the global icon of Arabian luxuary which is built on an artifitial island and it is the one of the most opulant hotels in the world.

DAY 3 ABU DHABI CITY TOUR - SHEIKH ZAYED GrAND MOSQUE - GLOBAL VILLAGE

Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to Abu Dhabi city tour focusing on the intricate architecture and design of the maginificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, One of the biggest mosques in the world. Will will then take a trip down Abu Dhabi’s maginificent Corniche, Emirates palace hotel, and Dates markets where you can see the memerizing vistas of the Arabian Gulf.
Lunch at the restaurant.
Then travel to the Global Village in the afternoon, a fantastic center of culture and entertainment in Dubai.
Dinner at the restaurant.

DAY 4 MIRACLE GARDEN - DESERT SAFARI

Breakfast at the hotel.
The Miracle Garden will be your first stop and it is a desert paradise that has over 45 million flowering flowers in a variety of sizes,colors, and forms.
Lunch at the restaurant.
We left for the well-known Desert Wonder in the late afternoon. After multiple photo stops, the trip into the desert continues. Before arriving at our campground, whe re you can go camel riding, try sand boarding, or get henna painted on your hands or feet, we pause to take in the gorgeous sunset. Afterward,indulge in a delecable barbecue dinner. Here,you can see a belly dancer perform infront of a campfire under the stars to Arabic music.

DAY 5 DUBAI - COCHIN

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Dubai Airport for Departure.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
