DAY 1 - COCHIN - SINGAPORE – BALI

Assemble at Cochin International Airport
Meet your Tour Manager
Group will be departing at 11:05 Pm
Arrive Singapore at 06:10 AM [Next Day], Connection flight to Bali departs at 09:05 AM.
Arrive Bali at 11:50 AM.
After Lunch transfer to Hotel for check in.
Evening we visit Melasti Beach & Uluwatu Temple while watching sunset .'
BBQ dinner at Jimbaran beach .
Transfer to Hotel.

DAY 2 - BATUBULAN - KINTAMANI VOLCANO

Breakfast at hotel.
In the morning we drive to Batubulan, a beautiful & artistic village located about 8 km from Denpasar city.
After that we proceed to Tampak Siring, which is famous Holy Springs water temple.
Later we visit Bali Coffee Plantation famous for Bali Luwak Coffee.
Today we have lunch at Kintamani area with Lake and Mount Batur view. Mount Batur is an active volcano located at the center of two concentric calderas north west of Mount Agung on the island of Bali,
Next proceed to visit Pengalipuram traditional village-Penglipuran Village is one of the traditional villages located in Bangli Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia. Penglipuran village is famous as one of the tourist destinations in Bali because of its society who still preserve their traditional culture in their daily lives.
After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 3 - TAMAN AYUN TEMPLE-LOVINA

Breakfast at hotel. Checkout.
Full day tour visit to Taman Ayun Temple, the second largest temple in Bali. This temple is the most attractive and most visited temples in Bali. This 17th century creation was built as a family temple of Mengwi Empire.
Visit Candi Kuning Fruit & Vegetable Traditional Market.
After lunch proceed to Wanagiri Hidden hill with unique photo booth for selfie & Git Git Waterfall.
After dinner transfer to Hotel.
Check In.

DAY 4 - NUSA PENIDA ISLAND HOPPING TOUR

Breakfast at hotel.
Check out and Proceed to Full day tour visit Nusa Penida Island by fast boat.
Then proceed to Visit Kelingking Beach-Kelingking Beach located in the village of Bunga Mekar, on on the west coast of Nusa Penida Island, Klungkung Regency, Bali, Indonesia
Broken Beach-has big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter, created by sea abrasion and collapsed limestone hill in million years ago. This hole has 98 meter in diameter and offering unique and scenic view.
Angel Billabong -An incredible natural infinity pool on Nusa Penida Island's Southwestern cliff edge with its emerald hues and crystalline waters
Crystal Bay-Crystal Bay is the name of a secluded cove with a 200-meter stretch of sand on the west coast of Nusa Penida.
Evening back to Bali -Hotel Check in.

DAY 5 - DOLPHIN WATCHING TANAH LOT SUNSET TOUR

Early morning wakeup for Dolphin watching tour by traditional boat at free ocean.
Back to hotel for breakfast.
Check-out process & full day tour visit to Ulundanu the lakeside temple followed by lunch
Next visit to Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest & Tanah Lot the best place to see sunset.
After dinner transfer to hotel.

DAY 6 - RETURN FLIGHT

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to airport for your return flight departs at 01:00 PM
Arrive Cochin at 12:00 AM

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

Note:Photo 45mm x 35mm white background, 80% face without specs, 3 copies (Matte finish)

Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
