Day 1: -COCHIN-ISTANBUL

  • Assemble at Cochin International Airport
  • Meet your Malayalee Tour Manager from Santamonica
  • Group will be departing at 03:45 AM
  • Arrive Istanbul at 01:35 PM.
  • Clear immigration & collect baggage
  • Transfer to Bursa, a city in northwestern Turkey and the administrative center of Bursa Province.
  • Arrive hotel in the evening.

Day 2: BURSA – KUŞADASI

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Check out & proceed for Bursa city tour, it is the fourthmost populous city in Turkey and second-most populous in the Marmara Region.
  • After lunch we take a cable car which stands out with its 9 km line length and is the longest cable car line in Turkey. Enjoy this special journey with a 360-degree continuous view, comfortable transportation, and the opportunity to be in the top of mountain in approximately 30 minutes. We have free time to enjoy.
  • Later transfer to Kuşadası, a beach resort town on Turkey’s western Aegean coast.

Day 3 : EPHESUS – PAMUKKALE

  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Proceed to Ephesus, anancient city in Turkey’s Central Aegean region, Its excavated remains reflect centuries of history, from classical Greece to the Roman Empire.
  • The Ancient Christian Church of Virgin Mary located in Ephesus. Catholic pilgrims visit the house based on the belief that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was taken to this stone house by Saint John and lived there for the remainder of her earthly life.
  • Later transfer to Pamukkale, a town in western Turkey known for the mineral - rich thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces on a nearby hillside.
  • Our guide will show you all important places such as Hierapolis, the ancient Roman city, Cotton Castle terraces and Hot Springs in Pamukkale
  • After dinner transfer to hotel. Check in & Overnight stay

Day 4 : KONYA – CAPPADOCIA

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out
  • Proceed to Cappadocia. On the way we shall visit Beautiful town of Konya.
  • We visit the tomb of Jalaludding Rumi, the famous Persian poet, Islamic scholar, Maturidi theologian, and Sufi mystic originally from Greater Khorasan in Greater Iran.
  • Enjoy lunch and proceed towards Cappadocia, on the way we shall visit one more place that is called Caravanseria. the large guest houses for travelling merchants and their caravans, were dispersed along the land routes of the Silk Roads, historic trade route that dated from the second century B.C. until the 14th century A.D. It stretched from Asia to the Mediterranean.
  • Later continue journey to Cappadocia.
  • After dinner, transfer to Cave hotel and check in.

Day 5 : CAPPADOCIA - HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE

  • Breakfast at Early Morning and proceed to Hot Air Balloon Ride, Experience of floating through volcanic valleys, fairy chimneys and caves with the sunrise of Cappadocia. (Hot Air balloon tour is possible if weather is good. Tour will take around 3 to 4 hours)
  • Later enjoy Full Day Cappadocia Tour including Rose Valley- the Rose Valley is an isolated valley behind Urgup. Red and Rose Valley lead out from the backside of Cavusin, so if you go exploring you"ll end up at either the sunset point near Ortahisar, or at Kaya Camping above Goreme Open Air Museum. The valley's get their names from the pinkish color rocks that vary in tones throughout different times of the day. It has beautiful rock formations with some great hidden rock – carved churches, Cavusin Village, Underground City of Kaymakli - It is believed that the underground cities of Cappadocia were initially built during the eighth and seventh centuries BCE by the Phrygians, who carved their living spaces into the region’s soft volcanic rock. Trekking here is a great activity for those who love nature sports.

Day 6 : FLIGHT TO ISTANBUL

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Flight to Istanbul, major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait.
  • Today we visit Topkapi Palace, it was home to all the Ottoman sultans until the reign of Abdulmecid I (1839-1860).
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel.

Day 7 : HAGIA SOPHIA - BLUE MOSQUE

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Full Day Istanbul Classical City tour including Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, St Sophia Museum, officially the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, is a mosque and major cultural and historical site in Istanbul, Turkey. The cathedral was originally built as a Greek Orthodox church which lasted from 360 AD.
  • Visit Grand Bazaar- Travelers who love to shop shouldn’t miss out on a visit to the Grand Bazaar, with 5,000 shops making it one of the largest indoor marketplaces in the world. Receiving more than a quarter-million visitors a day, the bazaar features such items as jewelry, carpets that may or may not fly, spices, antiques and hand-painted ceramics. The bazaar dates back to 1461 and today is home to mosques, fountains, hammams or steam baths.
  • Later proceed to Boshporus Dinner Cruise tour with Turkish dance entertainments and unlimited drinks. Boshporus cruise is a great way to discover the beauty of Turkey from a completely different perspective.

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
