Day 1: COCHIN-BANGKOK

Assemble at Cochin International Airport (Previous night of departure). Meet our local representative. Finish check-in formalities.

Day 2: BANGKOK – PATTAYA

Board Flight at 01:15. Arrive Bangkok at 06:35 AM. Finish the emigration formalities, freshen up at airport. Proceed to the arrival hall and meet our local representative. Transfer to Pattaya. Enroute Breakfast at Sriracha Tiger Zoo with Entrance. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Later Check in to Hotel. Evening proceed to Alcazar show. Dinner and Overnight stay

Day 3 : PATTAYA

Breakfast at Hotel. Later proceed for the Coral Island tour by speed boat, Famous for its colorful corals and marine life. Experience the floating market in Pattaya Lunch at Indian Restaurant Afternoon Noong Nooch Village Tour Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 : BANGKOK

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok. Enroute visit Gems Gallery. Lunch at Indian Restaurant Check in Hotel in Bangkok. Rest of the day Free at Leisure/Free for Shopping by own. Dinner in Chao phraya cruise Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 : BANGKOK

After breakfast, you can have a full day Safari world with Marine park tour with Lunch Free for Leisure Dinner at Indian Restaurant

Day 6 : BANGKOK - COCHIN

After breakfast, Check out from hotel. Proceed for Bangkok city Tour, where you will be taken around the city traditional Buddhist Temples like famous Buddha made of solid gold weighing five and a half tons, the Marble Temples etc Lunch at Indian Restaurant Proceed to airport. Board flight at 10:35pm for homeward journey (Dinner @ flight).

Personal Expenses

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
