DAY 01 - KOCHI - ABU DHABI

  • Assemble at Cochin International Airport.
  • Meet your Malayalee Tour Manager from Santamonica.
  • Group will be departing at 08:45 PM.

DAY 02 - ABU DHABI – CASABLANCA

  • Flight to Casablanca departs at 02:35 AM
  • Arrive Casablanca at 07:45 AM. After immigration transfer to Hotel for early check in.
  • Free time to relax, later proceed for lunch.
  • After lunch proceed to City of Casablanca, a port city and commercial hub in western Morocco, fronting the Atlantic Ocean. The city's French colonial legacy is seen in its downtown Mauresque architecture, a blend of Moorish style and European art deco.
  • During your visit, you will explore its famous landmarks, including the Hassan II Mosque, the second- largest functioning mosque in Africa and the seventh largest in the world. Its minaret is the world's second tallest, standing at 210 meters.
  • After the mosque, the city tour continues to Casablanca Cathedral, Mohammad square, Royal Palace, Central Market, and other notable sites.
  • Dinner at restaurant and drive back to hotel.

DAY 03 - RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Proceed to Rabat, Morocco's capital city, rests along the shores of the Bouregreg River and the Atlantic Ocean. It's known for landmarks that speak to its Islamic and French-colonial heritage.
  • We have a guided tour here, important attractions are The Kasbah of Udayas, one of the most unique sites in Morocco and is the first milestone of the city of Rabat.
  • After city tour proceed to Chefchaouen, a picturesque town in north of Morocco.
  • Overnight stay at Chefchaouen

DAY 04 - CHEFCHAOUEN - TANGIER – GIBRALTOR

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Proceed for guided city tour of Chefchaouen, captivates visitors with its enchanting blue-washed buildings nestled against the Rif Mountains. Known as the "Blue Pearl," the city exudes tranquility and charm. Its narrow, winding streets, vibrant markets, and vibrant blue hues make Chefchaouen a unique and memorable destination for travelers seeking serenity and cultural immersion.
  • Later proceed to Tangier, a Moroccan port on the Strait of Gibraltar, has been a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe since Phoenician times.
  • After guided tour we proceed to port to take the ferry to Tarifa, Spanish municipality in the province of Cádiz.
  • We cross the Strait of Gibraltar, a narrow strait that connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea and two continents (Europe & Africa) are separated by 13 kilometres.
  • After dinner proceed to Hotel, Check in & overnight stay.

DAY 05 - GIBRALTAR CITY TOUR – SEVILLE

  • Breakfast at Hotel, check out.
  • Proceed to Gibraltar and enjoy guided walking tour. Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and headland, on Spain's south coast. It’s dominated by the Rock of Gibraltar, a 426m-high limestone ridge. We have walking tour here with the local guide.
  • Later proceed to Seville, a vibrant city renowned for its rich history & stunning architecture. We have guided tour here.
  • Visit Seville Cathedral, a Roman Catholic cathedral in Seville, Andalusia. It was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The tower is 104.5 m in height and was one of the most important symbols in the medieval city.
  • After dinner proceed to Hotel. Overnight stay at Seville.

DAY 06 - SEVILLE – LISBON

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Proceed to Lisbon, the capital and the largest city of Portugal.
  • Upon arrival we do a guided city tour. Our Guide will show you some of the famous Attractions of the city such as Tower of Belem, Jeronimos Monastery, Parca de Comercio (public square with Shops and Restaurants) , Lisbon Cathedral, Rossio and many other places,
  • Later transfer to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay.

DAY 07 - SINTRA – ESTORIL – WINE TASTING

  • This morning after breakfast get ready for day trip to three famous town near Lisbon called Sintra, Estoril and Cascais.
  • Enjoy visit with full day guide. Sintra is a resort town in the foothills of Portugal’s Sintra Mountains, near the capital, Lisbon. Estoril is a town in the Municipality of Cascais, Portugal, on the Portuguese Riviera.
  • Later enjoy Wine tasting at Arrabida. Marvel at the amazing landscapes of the Arrábida Natural Park and sample some of Portugal's delicious wine.
  • Later in evening return back to Lisbon.

DAY 08 - LISBON - FATIMA - COIMBRA - PORTO

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Today we proceed to Fatima, central Portuguese town that's home to the Sanctuary of Fátima and one of the most important religious pilgrimage sites in the world. We have guided tour here.
  • Later transfer to Coimbra, a riverfront city in central Portugal and the country’s former capital
  • Later in evening return back to Lisbon.
  • After lunch transfer to Porto, Portugal's second-largest city, charms with its historic architecture, vibrant culture, and scenic Douro River. Known for Port wine, cobbled streets, and the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge.
  • After dinner transfer to hotel, overnight stay in Porto.

DAY 09 - PORTO – SALAMANCA

  • After breakfast, Check out.
  • Proceed for Guided city tour of Porto
  • Later transfer to Salamanca, a charming Spanish city, boasts a rich history, stunning architecture, and a prestigious university. Its Plaza Mayor is a lively hub, and the city is known for its cultural vibrancy.

DAY 10 - SALAMANCA - AVILA – MADRID

  • Proceed for the Guided city tour of Salamanca.
  • Later transfer to Avila, a Spanish city renowned for its well-preserved medieval walls, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It features a rich history, Gothic cathedral, and the birthplace of Saint Teresa.
  • After guided tour proceed to Madrid.

DAY 11 - CITY TOUR - REAL MADRID FOOTBALL STADIUM

Madrid is a cosmopolitan city that combines the most modern infrastructures and the status as an economic, financial, administrative and service centre, with a large cultural and artistic heritage, a legacy of centuries of exciting history.
  • Visit some of the main Attractions of Madrid such as Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace of Madrid, El Ritro Park, Gran Via (famous Street for shopping and food).
  • Entrance at Stadium of Real Madrid, Santiago Bernabeu and many other places...
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 12 - MADRID - ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA

  • Breakfast at Hotel, check out.
  • Proceed to city of Zaragoza, the capital of northeastern Spain's Aragon region.
  • We have a guided tour here, You will find impressive monumental legacy in its streets, as Romans, Muslims, Jews and Christians left their mark on this place. Ruins of Roman civilization such as the Theatre; the Aljafería Palace; Mudejar style churches, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO; Baroque jewels such as the Basilica of Pillar; the work of the genius Francisco de Goya. and also, the site of the modern Expo 2008.
  • Later transfer to Barcelona. Dinner & Overnight stay.

DAY 13 - CITY TOUR - BARCELONA STADIUM

  • Breakfast at Hotel. Enjoy full day guided tour of Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture.
  • Our experienced guide will show you all important places such as ParkGuell, La Rambla, Gothic Quarters, Casamila, magic Fountain of Montjuic, Plaza de Catalunya, Cathedral of Barcelona, Football club Barcelona Stadium Camp Nou (Photo Stop) and many other places.
  • After lunch we have entrance to Sagrada Famila the large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona.
  • Later in the evening enjoy Las Golondrinas, the traditional Barcelona Boat tour. See capital of Catalunya from different perspectives from water.
  • Evening proceed for the famous Flamenco show.
  • After Dinner return back to hotel.

1 - Valid national passport:

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

  • White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
