DAY 01 - KOCHI - MUMBAI – OSLO

  • Assemble at Cochin International Airport
  • Boarding is available anywhere from Kerala.
  • Flight to Oslo departs at 07:40 AM
  • Arrival is at 06:55 PM
  • After Immigration formalities & Baggage collection proceed to Hotel & Check in.

DAY 02 - OSLO CITY TOUR – FRAM MUSEUM – GEILO

  • Breakfast at Hotel, check out.
  • Today we do a Guided city tour of Oslo.
  • We can see Parliament Square, Karl Johan Shopping Street, Royal Palace from outside, Akershus Castle from outside.
  • Later transfer to Vigeland Park, Sculpture park & museum displaying the works of Gustav Vigeland, plus temporary art exhibitions.
  • After lunch proceed to Fram Museum, this museum tells the story of Norwegian polar exploration. It is located on the peninsula of Bygdøy in Oslo,
  • After lunch transfer to Hotel in Geilo, a municipality in Viken county, Norway.

DAY 03 - FLAMSBANA TRAIN - KJOSFOSSEN FALL

  • Breakfast at Hotel, transfer to Flåm, a village in southwestern Norway, in an area known for its fjords. A fjord is a long, deep, narrow body of water that reaches far inland.
  • After reaching flam, we take the most Scenic Flamsbana Train, The Flåm Railway has been described as one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world and is one of the leading tourist attractions in Norway.
  • On the way we stop at Kjosfossen falls, the largest and most impressive waterfall in Norway.
  • After that we take a beautiful Fjord Cruise.
  • Evening drive back to hotel.

DAY 04 - LANGEDRAG NATURE PARK – KARLSTAD

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out
  • Proceed to Langedrag Nature Park situated among majestic mountains 1000 m.a.s.l, looks like a castle from the old Norwegian folktales. With a splendid view over fjords and mountain.
  • After lunch proceed to Karlstad, the largest city in Sweden, the seat of Karlstad Municipality & the capital of Värmland County.
  • On the way we take a photo stop at Lake Vänern, the largest lake in Sweden, the largest lake in the European Union and the third-largest lake of all Europe after Ladoga and Onega in Russia.
  • Dinner & overnight stay in Karlstad

DAY 05 - STOCKHOLM - VASA MUSEUM - ICE BAR – TURKU

  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • Check out and proceed for Stockholm, the capital of Sweden and a vibrant city spread across 14 islands connected by 57 bridges. Known for its picturesque waterways, historic architecture, and modern design, it seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. Home to the Nobel Prize and a rich cultural scene, Stockholm captivates visitors with its beauty and diversity.
  • On arrival we do a Guided city tour, we can see the City Hall (outside), Opera House, The Royal Palace & Royal Apartments (outside) etc...
  • After lunch we proceed to Vasa Museum, a maritime museum in Stockholm, the museum displays the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that has ever been salvaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628.
  • proceed to the famous Ice Bar in Stockholm, this is world's first permanent Ice bar. The interior is carved out of 40 tons of natural ice from the Torne River.
  • In the evening take ferry from Stockholm to Turku, located in southwestern Finland.

DAY 06 - TURKU - NUUKSIO NATIONAL PARK – HELSINKI

  • Breakfast at Ferry, disembark
  • Proceed for a panoramic city tour of Turku, country's oldest city, with a rich history dating back to the medieval era. Known for its archipelago, vibrant cultural scene, and historic sites.
  • After lunch proceed to Nuuksio National Park, experience a touch of northern magic at Finland's southernmost Reindeer park. Reindeer are iconic Arctic and subarctic mammals. Renowned for pulling Santa Claus's sleigh in folklore, they undertake remarkable migrations, showcasing resilience in extreme climates.
  • Later proceed for a Half Day Guided city tour of Helsinki, We can see City Hall, Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, monumental railroad station, the great Lutheran Cathedral, Olympic Stadium and Sibelius monument. Visit to the Unique Church in the Rock and Market Square - which is bustling with activities with vendors selling fresh food and souvenirs.

DAY 07 - HELSINKI – TALLINN

  • Later transfer to cruise port, for the short ferry to Tallinn, Estonia's capital, blends medieval charm with modern vitality. Its well-preserved Old Town features cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and a vibrant cultural scene. Tallinn is a dynamic Baltic gem.
  • On arrival proceed for Guided city tour of Tallinn to see the most famous landmarks. Highlights of Tour: Kadriorg Park, Song Festival Grounds, Balti Jaam Market, walk on the Toompea Hill, Parliament Building, Dome Church, St. Nicholas Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral etc...

DAY 09 - RIGA - HILL OF CROSSES - FERRY FROM KLAIPĖDA TO KARLSHAMN

  • Proceed Rundale palace, one of Latvia's most outstanding monuments of Baroque and Rococo art.
  • Later proceed to The Hill of Crosses in Lithuania, A Christian pilgrimage site with a collection of over 200,000 wooden crosses erected on a small hill in Lithuania. The crosses are thought to have first started appearing after the 1831 uprising against Russian ruling.
  • Evening proceed to port in Klaipėda to take the ferry to Karlshamn, a coastal town in Sweden.

DAY 10 - COPENHAGEN CITY TOUR - CHRISTIANSBORG PALACE - CANAL CRUISE

  • Proceed for Copenhagen via Oresund bridge. combined railway and motorway bridge across the Øresund strait between Denmark and Sweden.
  • On arrival proceed for Guided city tour, we can see Renaissance Stock Exchange, Christiansborg Palace (outside), Amalienborg Palace (outside), Danish Parliament, ‘Little Mermaid’ (the National Symbol of Denmark), New Harbour, renaissance castle Rosenborg, town hall square, the Tivoli Gardens, Church of our Lady, Gefion Fountain etc...
  • Photo stop at Christiansborg Palace, this is a palace and government building on the islet of Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen. It is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister's Office, and the Supreme Court of Denmark
  • In the evening we proceed for a relaxing Canal Cruise in Copenhagen.

1 - Valid national passport:

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

  • White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
