Report at Cochin international airport at 0130 hrs.
Departure by Emirates flight to Dubai at 0430 hrs
Arrive Dubai at 0650 hrs. Connect EK flight at0820 hrs to Copenhagen.
Arrive Copenhagen at 1315 hrs.
Check in to the hotel. Explore the new city.
Evening proceed for canal cruise. - Canal Tours Copenhagen is a wonderful way of seeing Copenhagen. Many Copenhageners take the tour to get an opportunity to see their capital from a different perspective. Experience the idyllic harbours and canals of Copenhagen with a canal tour. The tour is guided in both Danish and English, and some departures have a third language, varying between German, Italian, French, Portu guese and Spanish. The tour takes approximately an hour.During the tour, you will see: The Copenhagen Opera House, Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, the impressive Black Diamond Library, and, of course, the Little Mermaid.

Day 2: COPENHAGEN - HELSINKI

Do guided Copenhagen City tour
Visit Christiansburg Palace- Christiansborg Palace is a palace and government building on the islet of Slot sholmen in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It is the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister's Office, and the Supreme Court of Denmark.
After lunch transfer to Airport for your flight to Helsinki.

Day 3: HELSINKI - STOCKHOLM

Do guided City tour of Helsinki- Helsinki, Finland's southern capital, sits on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland. Its central avenue, Mannerheimintie, is flanked by institutions including the National Museum, tracing Finnish history from the Stone Age to the present. Also on Mannerheimintie are the imposing Parliament House and Kiasma, a contemporary art museum. Ornate red-brick Uspenski Cathedral overlooks a harbor.

Day 4 : STOCKHOLM

Arrive Stockholm
Do Stockholm guided city tour with entry to city hall- The Stockholm City Hall is the building of the Municipal Council for the City of Stockholm in Sweden. It stands on the eastern tip of Kungsholmen island, next to Rid darfjärden's northern shore and facing the islands of Riddarholmen and Södermalm.
Visit Vasa Museum - The Vasa Museum is a maritime museum in Stockholm, Sweden. Located on the island of Djurgården, the museum displays the only almost fully intact 17th century ship that has ever been sal vaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628.

Day 5: STOCKHOLM - KARLSTAD - OSLO

Upon arrival in Oslo, do guided city tour of Oslo- Oslo, the capital of Norway, sits on the country's southern coast at the head of the Oslofjord. It's known for its green spaces and museums. Many of these are on the Bygdøy Peninsula, including the waterside Norwegian Maritime Museum and the Viking Ship Museum, with Viking ships from the 9th century.

Day 6: OSLO - GEILO

Do guided tour of Oslo city.
Visit Fram Museum - The Fram Museum is a museum telling the story of Norwegian polar exploration. It is located on the peninsula of Bygdøy in Oslo. The Fram Museum was inaugurated on 20 May 1936.

Day 7: GEILO - OSLO

Do Sognefjord Cruise - The Sognefjord in a Nutshell & UNESCO Fjord tour is a great way of getting to experience the mighty Sognefjord, the UNESCO-protected Geirangerfjord and some of the most spectacular travel destinations in Norway.
Scenic Flamsbana train ride to Mydral - The Flåm Railway is an incredible train journey that takes you from the high mountain plateau at Myrdal down the steep valley to the fjord by Flåm. The Flåm Railway is one of Norway's most popular tourist attractions.
Photo-stop at Kjosfossen waterfall - Kjosfossen is a waterfall located in Aurland municipality in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The waterfall is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Norway. Its total fall is around 225 metres. There is a small power station on the waterfall which is used to power the Flåm Line rail way & short Huldra Dance performance by train.
Return to Oslo.

Day 8: GEILO - OSLO - DUBAI

After breakfast proceed to Oslo International Airport for your flight to Dubai.
Arrive Dubai.

Day 9: DUBAI - COCHIN

Arrive Cochin.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
