Assemble at Cochin International Airport.
Meet your Tour Manager.
Group will be departing at 08:10 PM

Day 2: MUMBAI - MAURITIUS.

Flight to Mauritius departs at 02:45 AM
Arrival is at 07:15 AM .
After breakfast proceed to resort.
Lunch & free time for leisure.

Day 3: NORTH TOUR - CASELA NATURE PARK

After breakfast, drive to Casela nature park. Casela is one of the most popular leisure and attraction parks in Mauritius offering a variety of fun and thrilling activities
Then lunch and drive to Port Louis for a visit of the capital Mauritius including the Citadel Fort & its surrounding areas.
View the Champ de Mars race course.
Drive through the city and feel the different cultures living in harmony in Mauritius.
Afterwards proceed to Le Caudan Waterfront, with some 170 shops.
Visit of Apravasi Ghat Musuem and Kuanfu Tea factory.
Drive back to Resort, Dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 4 - SOUTH TOUR - VALLEY OF COLOURS

After breakfast, leave hotel and proceed for south tour.
Visit Grand Bassin-The Sacred Lake, Lord Shiva temples and the unique 108ft Lord Shiva Statue.
Drive through Plaine Champagne and reach at The Valley of Colours to visit 23-coloured earth which dates back to millions of years following the eruption of the Bassin Blanc volcano - its ashes, which bear witness to that event, are unique in the world.
(Enjoy activities such as zip line & Quad biking at optional cost and subject to availability).
Afterwards, proceed for shopping, stop at Floreal souvenir shops, Diamond shops and visit the Model Ship Factory and Trou Aux Cerfs –
Visit the Volcanic Crater (Viewpoint) and drive through Curepipe - the scenic residential town.
Drive back to Resort, Dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 5 - ILE AUX CERFS WITH SPEEDBOAT

Breakfast at Hotel.
Drive to the east coast to enjoy optional water sport activities (parasailing, undersea walk, tube ride and waterfall visit with trip around Ile Aux Cerf Island at additional cost) at Belle Mare Plage.
Afterwards, transfer by shuttle speed boat to Ile aux Cerfs island. The island is a picturesque island spread over 87 hectares of untouched land off the east coast of Mauritius. It is famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise lagoons.
Free on island till evening.
Return back to mainland by speedboat.Drive back to hotel.

DAY 6 - RETURN FLIGHT

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
After lunch proceed to airport.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
