Day 1: Arrive Srinagar

Assemble at the Cochin Domestic Airport.
Depart from Cochin.
Arrive at Srinagar and transfer to Srinagar Hotel and checkin.
Later Vist the famous Tulip Garden-.Called the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, it is one of the largest gardens in Asia. Snuggled on the foothills of the Zabarwan mountain range at an altitude of 5600 ft, overlooking the fabulous Dal Lake in Siraj Bagh, this garden is home to several flower species other than tulips like the Daffodils, Hyacinths, Roses, Ranunculi, Muscaria, Iris, etc.
Dinner.

Day 2 : In Srinagar - Day Trip to Sonmarg

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a day trip to Sonmarg.
The place offers incredible scenic beauty (on the way) dense forests,gigantic mountains.
Lunch (Own Arrangement).
After enjoyingthe land scape and beauty of the nature return back to the hotel.
Dinner.
Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Note : You can enjoy the pony ride Thajiwas Glacier or Zero Pint on direct payment basis.

Day 3 : In Srinagar- Day Trip to Gulmarg

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a day trip to a cup shaped valley called “Gulmarg - Meadow of flowers”.
Lunch ( Own Arrangement).
Enjoy the Gandola Asia No. 1 Cable Carup to phase 1 (Kongdori - 3045Mtrs).
Evening return back to Srinagar.
Dinner.
Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Note :You can enjoy the 2 phase (Affarwat - 4060 Mtrs) and sledge or Ski can be hired when slopes are covered with snow ( On direct Payment basis )

Day 4:On to Pahalgam ( 140 Kms / 4-5 Hrs Drive )

Breakfast at the Hotel.
Today enjoy a drive to to Pahalgam, also known as “Land Of Shepherds”.
En route visit Saffaron fields ( Seasonal) and Awantipura Temple ruins.
Arrive Pahalgam check in to thehotel.
Lunch ( Own Arrangement).
Afternoon enjoy the lcal Pahalgam sightseeing visiting the major famous valleys such as Aru , Chandanwari etc.
Dinner.
Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Note : You can enjoy the pony ride in all this valleys on direct payment basis.

Day 5 : Onto Srinagar (60Kms/2-3HrsDrive)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to Srinagar.
Lunch ( Own Arrangement).
Afternoon enjoy the local sightseeing to Hazratbal Holy Shrine, Grand Mughal Gardens (ChashmeShahi, NishatBagh and Shalimar Bagh) and Pari Mahal.
Later chcek in to Houseboat and enjoy the romatic Sikara ride in the Dal Lake.
Dinner.
Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 6 : Departure

Breakfast at the hotel and Check out.
Transfer to the Airport to board your return flight.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
