Day 1: COCHIN TO TOKYO

  • After arriving at Haneda International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide. Then you will check in to the hotel after finishing the formalities from the air- port. Take some time to freshen up and settle into your comfortable accommodation.
  • Then you will escort to a local restaurant for enjoying a delicious dinner with delectable flavours of Tokyo's re- nowned cuisine.
  • Return back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2 : TOKYO CITY TOUR

  • Start the warmful day with breakfast at the hotel, then proceed for a memorable sightseeing tour of Tokyo city by a chartered bus and with a knowledgeable guide.
  • The Tokyo City Tour starts with the magnificent Asakusa Kannon Temple, one of the important iconic and historic landmarks of Tokyo.
  • Next, you will explore the bustling Nakamise-dori shopping street, which is located outside the Asakusa Kannon Temple.
  • Then you will proceed to Odaiba Rainbow Bridge and Liberty statue, considered a futuristic man-made island in Tokyo Bay and also regarded as the symbol and freedom and peace. Lunch at the local restaurant.
  • After lunch, you will transfer to Mori Digital Museum, a unique museum with cutting-edge digital art installa- tion, interactive exhibits, and mind-bending visual ex- periences. Then you will experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest intersections in the world and the Hachiko Statue, a beloved symbol of loyalty and friendship.

Day 3 : HAKONE SIGHTSEEING TOUR

  • Start your day with breakfast and then you will check out from the hotel and proceed to the Hakone sight- seeing tour.
  • The wonderful Hakone sightseeing tour starts with Ashi Lake, where you will board a charming cruise ship. As you sail across the pristine waters, take in the mes- merizing beauty of the surrounding mountains and the iconic floating Torii gate. Day 4: FUJIYAMA-NAGOYA

Day 5 : NAGOYA-KYOTO

Day 6 : KYOTO

  • The sixth day of the journey begins with breakfast, after that, you will proceed to continue the Kyoto Sight- seeing Tour.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.

  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
