DAY 1 - COCHIN - MUMBAI

Assemble at Cochin International Airport
Meet your Malayalee Tour Manager
Take your flight to Mumbai.
Arrive in the evening.

DAY 2 - MUMBAI - ZURICH - REYKJAVÍK

Connection flight to Zurich (Swiss Air LX 155) departs at 01:20 AM. Arrive Zurich at 06:10 AM.
Flight to Reykjavík departs at 12:55 PM.
Arrival is at 03:50 PM
After immigration & baggage collection we proceed for a panoramic city tour of Reykjavík, country's capital and largest city. The city is surrounded by incredible nature.
After dinner, transfer to Hotel in Borgarnes.
Breakfast & Lunch in Flight | Dinner.

DAY 3 - GLACIER CAVE TOUR

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we have tour around Langjökull (second largest glacier in Iceland)
Visit Deildartunguhver hot spring, It is the highest-flow hot spring in Europe. Later proceed to Hraunfossar & Barnafoss waterfalls, a series of beautiful waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming out of the Hallmundarhraun lava field. It ́s best described as a collection of countless creeks and cascades small and big streaming out of the lava.
Drive (30-75 mins each way) in Super Jeep on the Langjokull Glacier & take a guided tour in first man-made cave inside the Glacier.
Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Borgarnes

DAY 4 -REYNISFJARA - BLACK SAND BEACH

Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we proceed to Reynisfjara, the world-famous black-sand beach found on the South Coast of Iceland, just beside the small fishing village of Vík í Mýrdal.
Later we take a Shuttle bus to the Solheimasandur - Plane wreck. One of the most photographed sites on Iceland's south coast. In 1973 a United States Navy DC plane ran out of fuel and crashed on the black beach at Sólheimasandur,
After that we visit Skogafoss, the another biggest water fall on the Skógá River in the south of Iceland at the cliff marking.
Later we proceed to Seljalandfoss, a beautiful waterfall along the southern coast. It cascades over steep cliffs, which makes it possible for you to walk behind the waterfall.
After dinner transfer to Hotel in Vik

DAY 5 -VATNAJÖKULL NATIONAL PARK - JOKULSARLON GLACIER LAGOON & DIAMOND BEACH

Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to Skaftafell is a nature reserve located in Vatnajökull National Park in the South East of Iceland.
Photo-stop at Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, Its still, blue waters are dotted with icebergs from the surrounding Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier, part of larger Vatnajökull Glacier. Later proceed to Diamond Beach, Striking black-sand beach famed for the huge, glistening iceberg fragments that drift ashore.
After dinner transfer to Hotel in Vik.

DAY 6 - GOLDEN CIRCLE TOUR

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will visit the classic “Golden Circle” route in South Iceland.
One of the many highlights on this journey is Thingvellir National Park, Litli Geysir, Gullfoss Falls.
On return to Reykjavik, you will see the Greenhouse visit - presentation about the specialties of Icelandic horticulture and a tomato taste.
Dinner at Restaurant. Spend the night in Reykjavik

DAY 7 - WHALE WATCHING

Breakfast at Hotel. Check out.
Drive to Reykjavik for whale watching, It will be a thrilling experience to spot the Earth's largest mammal at the ocean's surface.
Relax in warm geothermal water, surrounded by magical black lava fields
Dinner & transfer to Hotel.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
