DAY 1 - COCHIN – COLOMBO

Assemble at Cochin International Airport
Meet your Tour Manager from Santamonica
Group will be departing at 10:00 PM
Arrive Colombo at 11:10 PM

DAY 2 - COLOMBO - FRANKFURT

Connection flight to Frankfurt departs at 12:05 AM, Arrival is at 06:30 AM
After immigration and baggage collection transfer to Munich, Bavaria’s capital & home to centuries-old buildings and numerous museums.
After lunch we proceed for a guided tour.

DAY 3 - INNSBRUCK - PADUA

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
Transfer to Innsbruck, a beautiful city in Austria that’s long been a destination for winter sports.
Visit Swarovski Crystal Museum. We have entrance to the magical world of crystal chambers, which is designed by internationally and nationally recognized artists and architects in their own unique ways. They create concepts of space and experience from the sparkling material, a must see in Austria.
After lunch Innsbruck City walk.
Transfer to Padua in the evening. Check in & overnight stay.

DAY 4 - VENICE - FLORENCE - AREZZO

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and proceed to Venice.
On arrival take a private boat from Tronchetto terminal to Queen of Adriatic. We do a guided city tour here, the most important attraction in here is St. Mark's Basilica built in AD 978 (photo stop).
Later we see the famous Doges Palace, Bridge of Sighs, the Campanile and many more sights.
After lunch drive to Piazzale Michelangelo, a square on top of a hill with a replica of the impressive statue of David and also get a bird's eye view of the city of Florence.
We take a photo stop at The Arno River, the most important river of central Italy after the Tiber.
Travel to Arezzo in the evening, Dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 5 - ROME – VATICAN MUSEUM - ST PETER’S BASILICA - COLOSSEUM - AREZZO

Breakfast at Hotel, proceed to Rome, Your ancient Rome tour starts with the city orientation tour where you see the Roman Forum – an impressive sprawl of ruins which was the political and commercial hub of the Roman Empire, Later we see the Circus Maximus - a Roman chariot racing stadium and mass entertainment venue of ancient Rome followed by the famous Piazza Venezia, a square located in the heart of Rome.
We have entrance for Vatican Museum, one of the largest museums in the world with an immense collection amassed by the Catholic Church and the papacy throughout the centuries, including several of the most renowned Roman sculptures and most important masterpieces of Renaissance art in the world.
Also we can go inside of Sistine Chapel, the official residence of the pope & The holy basilica of St Peter's – famous for The Pieta sculpture and home of architectural and artistic masterpieces, which will leave you spell bounded.
Evening we visit Colosseum (Photo Stop), the massive stone amphitheater was commissioned around A.D. 70-72 by Emperor Vespasian of the Flavian dynasty as a gift to the Roman people. It was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts etc.
After dinner, drive back to Hotel in Arezzo.

DAY 6 - LEANING TOWER OF PISA - MILAN

Today we proceed we proceed to Pisa, the famous city in Italy's Tuscany region and best known for its iconic Leaning Tower. We have photo stop here.
After lunch transfer to Milan, a metropolis in Italy's northern Lombardy region, is a global capital of fashion and design.
After dinner move to hotel & Check in

DAY 7 - MILAN CATHEDRAL - LAKE COMO

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
Proceed for guided city tour of Milan, Visit the famous Milan Cathedral, or Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of the Nativity of Saint Mary, Dedicated to the Nativity of St. Mary, also it is the seat of the Archbishop of Milan.
Later proceed to Lake Como, an upscale resort area known for its dramatic scenery, set against the foothills of the Alps. The lake is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three slender branches that meet at the resort town of Bellagio.
After dinner move to hotel in Zurich & Check in

DAY 8 - MOUNT TITLIS – LUCERNE

After breakfast we proceed to Engelberg, a beautiful alpine village in central Switzerland
Then we move to Mt Titlis, one of the highest peaks in Switzerland. As you journey to Mt Titlis in two different cable cars, you will be amazed as the scenery changes from green meadows, scenic lakes to snow clad mountains. The last leg of this journey will be in the world's first rotating cable car called the 'Titlis Rotair'. Enjoy your free time at top of mountain. If weather permits, you can take a stroll on the latest attraction at Mt Titlis – The Cliff Walk.
Today we will have lunch at top of Mountain.
Next we procced to Lucerne to enjoy an orientation tour of Lucerne where you will see Lion Monument and the Kapellbrucke (wooden bridge). Here you will have some free time to shop for the famous Swiss Watches, knives and chocolates. Evening transfer to hotel, Dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 9 - ZURICH - PARIS

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out. Today we have a long scenic drive to Paris
After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 10 - CITY TOUR – EIFFEL TOWER - SEINE RIVER CRUISE

In the morning we will proceed to see Paris's most famous and awaited attraction of your trip, The Eiffel Tower. Take the elevator and access the 2nd level, where you can get spectacular views of Paris city.
Lunch at local restaurant and proceed for Paris city orientation tour to see the most famous landmarks. Travel past the Champs Elysses, described as the world's most beautiful avenue. Then Place de la Concorde, this square was the chosen location for the public beheadings by guillotine of over 1,200 people. Later we see The Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral even though it is badly damaged by fire, Opera House of Paris and many more sightseeing to explore.
After that we proceed for Seine river cruise. These short river cruises allow you to take in many of the highlights of the city. After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 11 - PARIS - COLOMBO

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and proceed to Paris airport for your flight back to home departing at 02:40 PM

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
