DAY 1 - COCHIN – COLOMBO

  • Assemble at Cochin International Airport.
  • Meet your Tour Manager.
  • Group will be departing at 10:20 AM.
  • Arriving at 11:30 AM.
  • Transfer to Hotel arranged by SriLankan Airlines.
  • Colombo city tour is optional at your own payment.
  • Lunch & Dinner at Restaurant.

DAY 2 - COLOMBO – PARIS

  • Connection flight to Paris departs at 04:15 AM.
  • Arrival is at 11:45 AM.
  • Proceed to Versailles palace, former royal residence built by King Louis XIV located in Versailles, about 12 miles west of Paris. We have a photo stop here.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel & Overnight stay.
  • Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

DAY 3 - CITY TOUR – EIFFEL TOWER

  • In the morning we will proceed to see Paris's most famous and awaited attraction of your trip, The Eiffel Tower. Take the elevator and access the 2nd level, where you can get spectacular views of Paris city.
  • Lunch at local restaurant and proceed for Paris city orientation tour to see the most famous landmarks. Travel past the Champs Elysses, described as the world's most beautiful avenue. Then Place de la Concorde, this square was the chosen location for the public beheadings by guillotine of over 1,200 people.
  • Later we proceed for Seine river cruise. These short river cruises allow you to take in many of the highlights of the city.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 4 -PARIS – GENEVA

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and proceed to Geneva, headquarters of Europe’s United Nations and the Red Cross, it’s a global hub for diplomacy and banking
  • Today we have a long scenic drive to Geneva & guided city tour on arrival.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel & Check in.
  • Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

DAY 5 - MONT BLANC – MILAN

  • Breakfast, check out.
  • Proceed to Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps and Western Europe, rising 4,807.81 m above sea level. It is the second-most prominent mountain in Europe, after Mount Elbrus, and it is the eleventh most prominent mountain summit in the world.
  • We have roundtrip cable car ride to Aiguille du Midi, the highest mountain peak.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel in Milan.

DAY 6 -LEANING TOWER OF PISA – AREZZO

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out.
  • Today we proceed we proceed to Pisa, the famous city in Italy's Tuscany region and best known for its iconic Leaning Tower. We have photo stop here.
  • Later transfer to Arezzo, dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 7 -ROME - ST PETER’S BASILICA – COLOSSEUM

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and proceed to Rome.
  • Your ancient Rome tour starts with the city orientation tour where you see the Roman Forum – an impressive sprawl of ruins which was the political and commercial hub of the Roman Empire, Later we see the Circus Maximus - a Roman chariot racing stadium and mass entertainment venue of ancient Rome followed by the famous Piazza Venezia, a square located in the heart of Rome.
  • Visit the holy basilica of St Peter's – famous for The Pieta sculpture and home of architectural and artistic masterpieces, which will leave you spell bounded.
  • Evening we visit Colosseum (Photo Stop), the massive stone amphitheater was commissioned around A.D. 70-72 by Emperor Vespasian of the Flavian dynasty as a gift to the Roman people. It was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts etc.
  • Drive back to hotel, dinner & overnight stay.

DAY 8 -PADUA – VENICE

  • Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and proceed to Padua, a city in Northern Italy’s Veneto region. We will visit the Basilica of St. Anthony, a Catholic church and minor basilica in Padua.
  • Upon arrival at Venice take a private boat from Tronchetto terminal to Queen of Adriatic. We do a guided city tour here, the most important attraction in here is St. Mark's Basilica built in AD 978 (photo stop).
  • Later we see the famous Doges Palace, Bridge of Sighs, the Campanile and many more sights.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel & Check in.

DAY 9 -POSTOJNA CAVE – MARIBOR

  • Breakfast, check out.
  • Proceed to Predjama castle, a Renaissance castle built within a cave mouth in south-central Slovenia, in the historical region of Inner Carniola. (photo stop).
  • after lunch we proceed to Postojna Cave, 24,120 meter long karst cave system near Postojna, southwestern Slovenia. It is the second-longest cave system in the country as well as one of its top tourism sites. The caves were created by the Pivka River. We have a train ride inside the cave.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel in Maribor, the second-largest city in Slovenia and the largest city of the traditional region of Lower Styria.

DAY 10 -VIENNA - SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE

  • Breakfast, check out.
  • Proceed to guided tour Vienna, Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence.
  • We have entrance to Schönbrunn Palace, the main summer residence of the Habsburg rulers, located in Hietzing.
  • After dinner transfer to Hotel.

DAY 11 -VIENNA - SALZBURG – MUNICH

  • Breakfast, check out, proceed to Salzburg..
  • Salzburg is an Austrian city on the border of Germany, with views of the Eastern Alps. The city is divided by the Salzach River, with medieval and baroque buildings of the pedestrian Altstadt on its left bank, The Altstadt birthplace of famed composer Mozart is preserved as a museum displaying his childhood instruments.

DAY 12 -MERCEDES-BENZ MUSEUM

  • Breakfast, check out & Proceed to Stuttgart, capital of southwest Germany’s Baden-Württemberg state, is known as a manufacturing hub. The city is filled with greenspaces, which wrap around its center.
  • We have entrance at Mercedes-Benz Museum, an automobile museum in Stuttgart, Germany. It covers the history of the Mercedes-Benz brand and the brands associated with it. Stuttgart is home to the Mercedes-Benz brand and the international headquarters of the Mercedes- Benz Group.
  • Later transfer to Hotel, check in &overnight stay.

1 - Valid national passport:

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
