DAY 1 - ARRIVAL HANOI

DAY 2 - : HA NOI FULL-DAY TOUR (B)

You will have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy the local sightseeing visiting the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam built in 1070. It is a superb example of traditional-style Vietnamese architecture.Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake Ceramic Mosaic of Hanoi – built in 2010 to commemorate the Millennial Anniversary of Hanoi Tran Quoc Pagoda and West Lake. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – Ba Dinh Square – The old residence of Ho Chi Minh One Pillar Pagoda– built between the years of 1028-1054 during the reign of Emperor Ly Thai Tong, now it is one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples. Dong Xuan Market – one of the big local markets in Hanoi which is selling many nice stuff and souvenirs, located in the Old Quarter.
Hang Gai Shopping Street free time at the night market in Hanoi Old Quarter (Open 7 pm to 10 pm Fridays - Sundays)

DAY 3 - HANOI – TAM COC CAVES – MUA CAVE (B)

Your trip begins with a 2 hrs drive to Ninh Binh to visit the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 AD to 1010 AD during the Dinh and early Le Dynasties.
Then You’ll visit two small temples of the Kings, each of which is nearly a thousand years old.
You continue to explore Tam Coc caves by a traditional boat rowing among the limestone mountains. You may need to prepare a hat, sun cream, and a camera to shoot some memory pictures of the trip. After the boat trip, you will visit Mua Cave – climb up 500 stone steps to the top of the mountain and see the panoramic view – enjoy the fresh air and take memorable photos.
Later, you will transfer back hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 4 - HANOI - HA LONG BAY CRUISE (B/L/D)

Early rise – breakfast - take a drive on a countryside road through the paddy fields to Ha Long Bay, one of New Seven Natural Wonders. Upon arrival at the harbour, you will board a traditional boat – set sail through the limestone islands
Then, have a nice seafood lunch.
Take a sampan ride to visit a traditional fishing village – return to the boat and attend a short cooking class
Time to rest on the upper deck at sunset
Enjoy a delicious dinner.
The rest of the day is your leisure. Why not play cards, try your luck at fishing, watch movies or simply enjoy some drinks and chat with your friends at the bar on board.

DAY 5 - HA LONG BAY - HANOI – DEPARTURE (B/Brunch)

Up early – top deck – Tai Chi - light breakfast – disembark for easy exploration of the cave close by – return to your boat.
Check out your cabins.
Enjoy a nice brunch while sailing back to land.
The vehicle is waiting for your transfer to Hanoi airport for a flight back home. End of services.

1 - Valid national passport:

Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
Parents' Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
Personal ITR for the last 2 assessment years.
Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
