DAY 02: HANOI IN-DEPTH TOUR (B/L/D)

  • You will have breakfast at the hotel before starting a day tour to visit.
  • Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam built in 1070. It is a superb example of traditional-style Vietnamese architecture.
  • Ngoc Son Temple & Hoan Kiem Lake
  • Hanoi Old Quarter by electric car to see the life of local people
  • Ceramic Mosaic of Hanoi - built in 2010 to commemorate the Millennial Anniversary of Hanoi
  • Tran Quoc Pagoda & West Lake
  • The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - Ba Dinh Square -The old residence of Ho Chi Minh
  • One Pillar Pagoda- built between the years of 1028-1054 during the reign of Emperor Ly Thai Tong, now it is one of Vietnam's most iconic temples.
  • Dong Xuan market - one of the big local markets in Hanoi which is selling many nice stuff and souvenirs, located in Old Quarter.
  • Hang Gai Shopping street
  • Free time at the night market in Hanoi Old Quarter - own exploration (Open 7 pm to 10 pm Fridays - Sundays)
  • Note: At Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, if it is opened you will visit insides (wait in long line). If it is closed, you will visit outside. (often close on Monday, Friday, all daily afternoon, in October and November for maintenance)

DAY 03: HANOI - HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT CRUISE

  • Upon arrival at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome by our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete check-in procedure.
  • Upon hoarding Amanda Cruise, our crew welcome you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful spots in Ha Long and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while the vessel heads to Trinh Nu Cave.
  • Enjoy your lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while the vessel cruises toward Trinh Nu cave.
  • You return to your cabin for a short rest and prepare for kayaking activities in Trinh Nu Cave area.
  • You will be transferred to Trinh Nu Cave by tender.
  • Arriving at Trinh Nu Cave area, you will take part in kayaking activities here. To get to Trinh Nu beach, you need to kayak around thousand-year-old limestone formations and then walk for 5 minutes through Trinh Nu cave. Trinh Nu beach will amaze you with its white sand, emerald water and mild pleasant weather condition.
  • Back on board, you will participate in Sunset party & cooking class while the vessel cruises toward the shore. You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid wonderful scenery and beautiful sunset. Ha Long Bay is calm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the Bay becomes even more tranquil and peaceful.
  • You will be instructed to make delicious traditional Vietnamese steamed rice rolls by our chef and then enjoy the rolls made on your own.
  • Enjoy your dinner on the Sundeck (if the weather is favorable)
  • After dinner, you will enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal wood foot bath in your room (free of charge 01 herbal bag for each cabin) or enjoying music and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing.

DAY 04: HALONG BAY - HANOI - FLY TO DANANG - TRANSFER TO HOIAN

  • Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sundeck.
  • Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cake and fruit.
  • Exploring Sung Sot cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations which couldn't be found anywhere else. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky.
  • Back on board, you can rest in your room, enjoy the herbal foot bath prepared by our crew, sunbathe on the sundeck, take pictures of Ha Long Bay or shop for souvenirs on the boat.
  • Check-out time.
  • Enjoy early lunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if any.
  • Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. The trip ends.
  • You will get the car transfer to the airport for flight to Danang
  • Arrival Danang airport, you will be picked up and escorted to hotel in Hoian. Stay overnight in Hoian,
  • Meals include: Breakfast, Brunch, Dinner

DAY 05: HOIAN - BA NA HILL -GOLDEN BRIDGE - FANTASY PARK- HOIAN

  • Pick up at your hotel in Hoian and transfer to Ba Na Hills to enjoy the beautiful view of from the cable car up to the summit. Upon arrival have sightseeing and take photos ait the world famous Golden Bridge, continue to flower garden Le Jardin D'amour where has many kinds of beautiful flowers and Debay Wine Cellar where are storing different wines. Take another cable car route to reach French Village at the height of 1138 meters for experience architecture here.
  • You will spend more time playing games at Fantasy Amusement Park (almost normal games and 4D Movie already included in the tour package but only some games which have reward, you will pay fee by yourself). After that you will take cable car back the foot and transfer back hotel in Hoian.
  • Evening, you will enjoy the dinner at restaurant and hove time to explore the ancient town on your own way (visit the local shops, night market, lantern streets, taking photos ... ].
  • Meals include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

DAY 06: HOIAN - DANANG -FLY TO HO CHI MINH -CU CHI TUNNELS

  • In the morning, you will get the flight to Ho Chi Minh.
  • Upon arrival in Saigon, you will be met and visit Cu Chi Tunnels:
  • Cu Chi Tunnels - pay a visit to the historically important Cu Chi Tunnels to learn about this incredible underground system of tunnels and even experience what it was like. Walk along them and see what daily life was like during the Vietnam War.
  • Try special tea and cassava (Guerilla's food during war)
  • Later, you will get the car drive back Ho Chi Minh city. Relax and stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
  • Meals include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

DAY 07: CHI MINH -MEKONG DELTA FULL DAY TOUR

  • Up early - Breakfast. A 2 hour drive to My Tho. Today's experiences include:
  • A scenic cruise along the Mekong River
  • Stop off at local cottage industries along the way
  • Hop on tuktuk for a leisurely ride through the countryside
  • Lunch in a traditional Mekong village restaurant
  • Board a motorboat to explore more of the Mekong Delta.
  • Afterwards transfer to the car for your transfer to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 08: HO CHI MINH 1/2 CITY TOUR -FLIGHT TO PHNOM PENH

  • Toda's experiences include:

  • Notre Dame Cathedral and The Central Post office nearby
  • Free time for shopping or your own exploration.
  • Have lunch at restaurant. Then you will transfer to the airport for flight to Phnom Penh.

DAY 09: PHNOM PENH 1/2 DAY TOUR -TRANSFER TO SIEM REAP

  • In the morning, you will head out to the Choeung Ek Memorial, where a stupa made up of some 8.000 human skulls marks the site of the infamous Killing Fields. This was the execution ground for the torture victims of Tuol Sleng and standing in this peaceful setting it's almost unthinkable to imagine that to date nearly 9000 corpses have been exhumed from the area. Confront Cambodia's tragic past on a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former school which served as a Khmer Rouge torture centre. It's estimated that more than 20,000 people were held and tortured here.
  • Lunch at restaurant.
  • After lunch time, you will get the car transfer to Siem Reap.
  • Arrival Siem Reap, you will check in hotel and have dinner at restaurant.

DAY 10: REAP - ANGKOR TEMPLES TOUR

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
  • Visit to Ta Prohm, one of the area's most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery, and the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing, Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Enjoy wonderful sunset from the top of Pre Rup Temple.

DAY 11: SIEM REAP - DEPARTURE

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
