DAY 1 - COCHIN - SHARJAH - BAKU – GABALA

  • Assemble at Cochin International airport.
  • Meet your Malayalee Tour Manager from Santamonica.
  • Group will be departing by Air Arabia at 03:40 AM.
  • Arrive Sharjah at 06:10 AM, Connection flight to Baku departs at 07:55 AM.
  • Arrive Baku at 10:50, clear immigration and collect baggage.
  • After Lunch proceed to Gabala . Enroute visit vineyard, see vine production and Museum .
  • Upon arrival check in at hotel and Dinner.
  • Overnight stay at Hotel.
  • Meals - Breakfast in Flight| Lunch | Dinner

DAY 2 - GABALA - OGUZ and SHEKI TOUR

  • ABreakfast at Hotel
  • In the morning we will proceed to see Khal-Khal waterfall which is located in Khalkhal village of Oguz region.
  • After lunch we will visit Sheki Khan's Palace, The Palace itself built in 1762 as a summer residence for the Khan of Sheki.
  • Later we visit the historical "Caravanserai", the large guest houses for travelling merchants and their caravans, were dispersed along the land routes of the Silk Roads.
  • After dinner transfer to Hoteland overnight stay.
  • Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

DAY 3 - GALAZAN - HAFTARAN VALLEY

  • Breakfast at Hotel, check out.
  • Today we are exploring the beautiful valleys of Gabala, it is considered a popular tourist destination due to the combination of a very good spring climate, mountainous landscape, and diverse fauna.
  • Later we visit the Tufandag Summer-Winter Complex: Longest teleferic of the world - Whether for skiing, or just for memorable summer views of the Caucasus scenery behind Gabala.
  • After lunch transfer to Baku .
  • Upon arrival check - in to Hotel and overnight stay.
  • Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

DAY 4 - GOBUSTAN and ABSHERON

  • After breakfast at Hotel,Proceed to visit Gobustan and Absheron, Gobustan State Reserve a UNESCO World Heritage site located west of the settlement of Gobustan, about 40 miles southwest of the center of Baku
  • Gobustan State Reserve is very rich in archaeological monuments, the reserve has more than 6,000 rock carvings, which depict primitive people, animals, battle-pieces, ritual dances, bullfights, boats with armed oarsmen, warriors with lances in their hands, camel caravans, pictures of sun and stars, on the average dating back to 5,000-20,000 years
  • Later we visit Mud Volcanoes – a whole family of ‘geologically flatulent’ little conical mounds that gurgle, ooze, spit and sometimes erupt with thick, cold, grey mud. It’s more entertaining than it sounds – even when activity is at a low ebb, you get the eerie feeling that the volcanoes are alive. Azerbaijan is in the first place in the world for the amount of mud volcanoes. Mud volcanoes broadly spread in Azerbaijan. Half of the total mud volcanoes in the world is in Azerbaijani Republic.
  • After Lunch proceed to Ateshgah (Suraxani Fire Temple) – “Fire Temple of Baku” is a castle-like religious temple based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the Zoroastrian place of worship. Although the site was originally a place of worship for Zoroastrians, the fortified complex you see today was built by 18th-century Indian Shiva devotees.
  • After that we visit Yanar Dag, the burning Mountain. It is considered as “eternal fire” and fulfils the trip with unique and interesting experience. In the 13th century Marco Polo mentioned numerous natural-gas flames spurting spontaneously from the Absheron Peninsula. The only one burning today is Yanar Dag.
  • After dinner, return to Hotel in Baku and overnight stay.

DAY 5 - OLD BAKU, FOUNTAIN SQUARE and SHOPPING TOUR

  • After breakfast transfer to Icheri Sheher (Inner City or Old Baku) the capital city of the ancient state of the Shirvanshahs and symbol of Azerbaijani statehood .The historical and architectural reserve includes the Shirvanshah Palace, Maiden Tower, Medieval Market Square, Icheri Sheher Archaeological Museum, caravanserais, mosques, madrassahs, bath-houses, Baku Khans’ House also numerous rich residences of the ХIХ century.
  • Later we visit Fountains Square or Nizami Street :- Endlessly popular with strollers, this leafy piazza forms Central Baku’s natural focus.
  • After lunch we proceed to Highland Park (Dagustu Park) which commands a breath-taking panorama of Baku.
  • Photo stop at Flame towers :- Completed in 2012, this trio of sinuous blue-glass skyscrapers forms contemporary Baku’s modern architectural signature.
  • City tour continues to Mini Venice - This “little Italian town” recreated at the seaside boulevard adds a special colour to the park. Later visit Heydar Aliyev center "the first secretary of soviet Azerbaijan from 1969-1982 ".
  • After Gala Dinner transfer to Hotel
  • Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

DAY 6 - BAKU – SHARJAH

  • After breakfast, check out and transfer to airport for your return flight.
  • Flight departs at 11:30 AM.
  • Arrive Sharjah at 02:10 PM.
  • Connection to Cochin is at 09:45 PM.
  • Breakfast | Lunch and Dinner in flight

1 - Valid national passport:

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports..

2 - Three passport-size pictures:

  • White background, not older than 6 months, 35 x 45 mm size,80% face.

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip to Switzerland/Schengen States and include dates of travel.
  • Last 6 months salary slips and last 6 months' salary bank account statements with seal & signature.
  • Last 6 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.

4 - If student or unemployed :

  • Copy of the student's School ID card and bonified letter from the School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 6 months + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents' Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

5 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

  • Business registration certificate/GST Registration with annexe A & B/Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
  • Covering letter should be on company letterhead.
  • Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements with bank seal & signature.
  • Company’s and personal ITR (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted) for the last 2 assessment years.

6 - If retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement – 6 months.
  • Last 6 months personal bank statement (original, sealed & signed by the bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 2 assessment years.
  • Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

7- Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
