DAY 1 - Cape Town(B/B)

  • Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, a Travcare representative meets you for a transfer to your pre-booked hotel.
  • Cape Town is one of the most popular long-haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it is also one of the easiest places in which to orientate oneself as long as you remember that with Table Mountain behind you and Robben Island before you; you are facing north, looking across Table Bay and up the west coast of Africa.

DAY 2 - : Cape Town - City Tour (B/B)

  • After breakfast leave on a half-day Mother City tour.
  • You will go for a scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point & later tour passes the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the SA Museum, and a few other historical sights – District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge & ending at the bustling Greenmarket Square. A cable car ride takes you up the Table Mountain (weather permitting otherwise Signal Hill) for a breathtaking view over the city (entrance is included) Return to your hotel.

DAY 3 - Cape Town - Peninsula Tour (B/B)

  • Breakfast is taken at the hotel. Depart on a full-day Peninsula tour.
  • This comprehensive tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is it's called the Fairest Cape. Travel past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno towards Hout Bay. Drive along the Atlantic Seaboard. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough. Later you will take to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman” and enjoy the unforgettable spectacular views. Later get the photo opportunity to take some pictures at the second southernmost tip of the African continent. Visit the beautiful Boulders Beach, and have the option to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter we enjoy a short stop at the naval port of Simon's Town and know about the legend of “Able Seaman Just Nuisance” the Great Dane Dog that was inducted into the Royal Navy. Return to the hotel.

DAY 4- Cape Town - Johannesburg - Sun City (B/B)

  • After breakfast transfer to Cape Town airport to board a flight to Johannesburg. On arrival, you are met by a Travcare representative for a transfer to Sun City.
  • The Sun City complex is surrounded by two championship golf courses, numerous swimming pools and a huge manmade lake offering various water sports. Optional activities include Hot Air Ballooning. Enjoy lunch at the Raj Indian Restaurant (own account). Then you could relax at the Valley of the Waves, or take a walk through the gardens of the Lost City. This magical city knows no limits - you have the chance to win a fortune at the Casino and Entertainment Centre, there are lavish extravaganzas and a multitude of restaurants to cater for every taste.

DAY 5-Sun City (B/B)

  • After breakfast, you will enjoy your day at leisure. Optional game drives to Pilanesberg Nature Reserve to see the Big 5 (cost of the game drive is not included)

DAY 6- Sun City - Johannesburg (B/B)

  • After breakfast transfer to Joburg. Arrive and leave for a Gold Reef City tour (Open Friday to Sunday only)
  • Where you will see a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the Gold Rush era, built around a mine. Activities include a Victorian fun fair, miners' houses, a brewery, pubs, restaurants and a stock exchange. You can watch molten gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine shaft. Tribal dancing adds to the fun.

1 - Valid national passport

  • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages and previous passports.

3 - If employed :

  • Employer letter: Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR, mentioning your position and the duration of your service, “No objection statement” regarding the planned trip  and include dates of travel

  • Last 3 months personal bank account statements + FD receipts (if there).

4 - If self-employed and/or company owner:

5 - If Student:

  • Copy of the student School ID card and bonified letter from School.
  • Parents must provide their personal bank statements for the last 3 months. + FD receipts (if there).
  • Parents Personal ITR for  the last 3 assessment years along with a confirmation letter of financial support and a copy of their passports.

6 - If Retired:

  • Retirement documents & pension proof -pension account statement - 3 months.
  • Last 3 month's personal bank statement (original, seal & signed by bank) + FD receipts (if there).
  • Personal ITR for  the last 3 assessment years.

7 - Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN visas (if any).

  • Savings Account Bank balance minimum should be tour cost.
  • Bank Statement of applicant, company or host must be updated till end of last month or not older than 10 days (whichever is latest) at the time of submission of visa application

1 - Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing or via email upon receipt of payment.

2 - Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit, as specified in the Payment Schedule, must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

3 - Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service or package booked. Any cancellations or changes must be notified to Santamonica Tours & Travels in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.

4 - Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained prior to departure. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documents.

5 - Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Santamonica Tours & Travels will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

6 - Itinerary Changes: Santamonica Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or other components of the package if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7 - Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to adhere to local laws, customs, and guidelines, and to take necessary precautions regarding personal health, vaccinations, and safety measures.

8 - Liability: Santamonica Tours & Travels will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.

9 - Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Santamonica Tours & Travels shall be governed by the courts of Ernakulam and the said courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over the disputed matters. The parties involved shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation.

10 - Data Protection: Santamonica Tours & Travels may collect and process personal information provided by the traveler for the purpose of making travel arrangements. Santamonica Tours & Travels will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing the booked services.
